Love Rocks NY Store Policy
1. Payment Terms: Terms of payment are within Love Rocks NY's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by Love Rocks NY, payment must be received by Love Rocks NY prior to Love Rocks NY’s acceptance of an order. Payment for the products may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB. In order to process your order, the cardholder's name must match the name of the billing address, and the billing address must match that of the purchasing card. You will receive a confirmation that your order has been processed. We will ship your order when all data, including credit card information, has been approved. You may check the status of your order by emailing us at info@loverocksny.com, or calling (646) 415-8770 from 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday thru Friday.
2. Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; Risk of Loss: Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. There is a $15 insured shipping fee (3 business days), or a $35 overnight insured shipping fee for domestic shipments. International shipments may entail higher fees, which will be disclosed to you at the time of your order. Title to products passes from Love Rocks NY to Customer on shipment from Love Rocks NY. You must notify Love Rocks NY within 21 days of the receipt of your order if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Unless you provide Love Rocks NY with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. Shipping dates are estimates only. Items are made to order and work is commenced as soon as payment is received. It usually takes about 10 business days to complete your order but we cannot guarantee shipping within that period. We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.
3. Return Policies: You must contact us directly before you attempt to return any Product. You must return Product to us in its original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Merchandise that is customized with your initials is final sale. Any other merchandise may exchanged.
4. Privacy: Love Rocks NY believes that your personal information—including your purchase history, phone number(s), email and residential addresses, and credit card data—belongs to you. We collect this type of information to serve you better when you provide it to us, but we do not rent or sell your information to third parties. 7. Storage: All pieces should be stored in your Love Rocks NY pouches. This will help prevent scratches on the stone and metal surfaces. Although some stones are more sensitive than others, it is best to keep all stones away from extreme heat and sudden changes in temperature. We recommend applying hair sprays and fragrances before putting on your jewelry. Always remove your jewelry before washing to prevent soap build up. It is beneficial to wear your jewelry often. The natural oils in your skin help to keep your stones and metals clean and conditioned.
